Support for Mariupol residents in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi: joint event with “I Am Mariupol” partners
The International Charitable Foundation of Good and Love continues to provide comprehensive assistance to those affected by the war. This time, an important charity event for internally displaced persons from Mariupol was held in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi.
A joint initiative for a common goal
The Foundation’s Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi branch hosted a partnership event with representatives of the Mariupol city administration and the leadership of the “I Am Mariupol-Odesa” union. The event was aimed at supporting internally displaced Mariupol residents who have been living in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi for a long time due to the war.
Our task is not only to meet immediate needs, but also to create a space of trust, humanity and mutual support.
Help that really matters
During the event, people had the opportunity to:
- receive legal advice and clarification on important issues,
- receive humanitarian aid, including basic necessities,
- communicate with specialists in a comfortable environment.
We would like to express our special gratitude to our partners from the “I Am Mariupol” union who donated the items:
- wheelchair,
- orthopedic rollers,
- crutches,
- shower and toilet chairs – all of which are critically important for people with limited mobility.
Such things are not just means, they are part of a decent life for those who need it.
Attention and care for children
While the adults were dealing with important issues, the children could play, get toys, coloring books and treat themselves to sweets and tea. The Foundation’s volunteers made sure that every child felt safe and happy.
