Help for IDPs: 1600 food packages in Kupyansk district

The Kharkiv regional office of the International Charitable Foundation for Good and Love continues to provide comprehensive support to internally displaced persons affected by the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation.

This time, we implemented another large-scale humanitarian project – thanks to a partnership with the international organization Samaritan’s Purse, we received and delivered 1600 food packages weighing more than 20 tons for IDPs living in the Dvorichanska community of Kupiansk district, Kharkiv region.

What exactly was being transmitted:

• basic food for long-term storage;
• The kits are designed to meet the needs of vulnerable populations;
• The assistance is targeted to families who have lost their homes or are temporarily living in the community.

Why it matters:

The Dvorichanska community has found itself in the midst of a humanitarian crisis. Many families were left without basic livelihoods. Together with our partners, we were able to respond quickly to the needs, provide logistics and personally supervise the delivery of the aid.
