The Belgorod-Dniester branch of the Good and Love Foundation held a series of charity meetings with children and wards of the orphanage
The Belgorod-Dniester branch of the Foundation for Good and Love implemented a number of charitable initiatives aimed at supporting children and people with special needs. As part of the campaign, the Foundation’s volunteers met with children in an educational institution and a creative center, and joined an event dedicated to the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
During the meetings with children, volunteers talked about the Foundation’s activities, shared their own experience of charitable work, answered questions and talked about the importance of kindness, mercy, mutual respect and humanity. Such lively conversations help to form the right values in children and to understand that helping others begins with simple sincere actions.
A separate part of the campaign was the participation of the Foundation’s representatives in an event dedicated to the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, which took place in the Belgorod-Dniester Nursing Home. The volunteers were invited as honored guests. For the third year in a row, the Foundation has been supporting the residents of this institution by providing humanitarian aid, gifts and organizing joint warm events.
This time, the Foundation’s team brought cakes for the children, and in return received a sincere tour of the institution. The children proudly showed their workshops, artworks and computer class, sharing their achievements and successes.
The Good and Love Foundation continues its systematic work to support children and vulnerable groups, creating a space of care, trust and mutual understanding. Such actions once again confirm that goodness begins with attention, a sincere word and a desire to be close.
